Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administration Specialist to join our team at The Hiring House. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer payrolls (TCF) and reconcile payrolls against supporting documentation
  • Liaise with staff and management on payroll-related queries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records, including archiving and filing
  • Prepare ad-hoc reporting as required
  • Reconcile payroll-related GL accounts
  • Calculate and payment of termination payments
  • Third-party reporting and payments
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of payroll experience, with 2-3 years specifically on the SAGE People 300 system
  • Degree in Accounting/HR or related field
  • SAGE People Certification
