Job Summary:

Lumina Personnel is seeking a highly organized and experienced personal assistant to provide administrative support to two senior directors.

About the Role:

  • Manage complex schedules and priorities for the directors, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient use of time.
  • Handle all correspondence and communication with staff and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and meeting agendas that meet the directors' expectations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and meetings, taking into account the directors' busy schedules.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field (desired).
  • 3-5 years of experience as a personal or administrative assistant, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering results under pressure.
  • Strong relationships-building skills, with the ability to foster positive working relationships within the team and with clients.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry operations is an asset.
