To excel in this position, you should possess a First Degree in Business Commerce or a related field. Sales experience in Fleet Management, credit motivation preparation, and general banking are highly valued. Strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret financial statements and understand balance sheets, are also essential.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate key markets and industries. Presenting and positioning fleet cards, managed maintenance, full maintenance leasing, and Standard Bank's value-added products will be critical in meeting client needs.
Your successful conversion of leads into signed agreements will rely on your negotiation and deal-closing skills. Collaboration with relationship managers and internal teams is vital to ensure a seamless client acquisition process.
