Vehicle Sales Executives

ur well known automotive dealership client in Centurion is looking to employ experienced Vehicle Sales Executives, with a proven track record.Purpose of the role:The core purpose of this position is to meet and exceed targets and customer expectationsat every phase of the selling process. To be successful in the role, you would have a passion for the business, up todate product knowledge, have the ability to follow up on leads and have an excellent closing ratio. You will have aprofessional personal image and will have a drive to meet targets in terms of units, profit and CSI/CCS targets.Key deliverables and outputs:o Utilise the lead management system and web-based initiatives, use various methods of researching marketsand gathering sales leads and follow up and pursue sales leads.o Make contact with existing or potential customers on the telephone, build a positive relationship withexisting or potential customers, and create customer interest in the products and services.o Negotiate the sale, handle objections and close the sale.o Manage the trade-in.o Use the correct sales administration procedures after the customer has signed the offer to purchase.o Ensure that the pre-delivery inspection process has been followed correctly, do own quality check to ensurethe car is clean and deliver the vehicle to the customer.o Develop sound relationships with the manufacturer's representatives and keep up to date with allmanufacturer programs.o Maintain effective oral and written communications with customers and work colleagues.o Create and maintain professional working relationships.o Protect the company against risk.Level of Decision-MakingAcademic qualificationso Matric Certificateo Unendorsed driver's licenseo A marketing or finance diploma/degree will be an advantageRequirements:Proven track record of salesValid driversGrade 12 or tertiary education.Team player.Willingness to work flexible hours/overtimeo Work Experience in a Dealership is essentialKnowledge and Skillso Excellent selling skillsBehavioural Attributeso Driving skillso Persuasive communication styleo Ability to work without close supervisiono Attention to detailo Time managementDecision making takes operational trends andbusiness plan into account and generates multiplepossibilities that involve trade-offs and juggling ofmultiple variables (budget, people, technology).Problem solving requires specialist and/or highlytechnical ideas/concepts.Level of Decision-Making Level of Problem Solving
