Job Description

The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving regional sales on industrial and construction equipment and profitability goals. This individual will be responsible for customer satisfaction and market share within the geographical region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets for industrial and construction equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A proven track record of achievement in a prior sales position.
  • Sales experience in the mobile Earthmoving equipment industry.
  • Knowledge of the Earthmoving and mobile port handling equipment industry, preferably including Kalmar equipment.
  • MATRIC qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years post-MATRIC qualification.
  • Prior attendance at formal sales training courses, an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Knowledge of Autoline/CRM system, an added advantage.
