About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Manager to join our team in Western Cape and Port Elizabeth, South Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable market share and representing Novo Nordisk's values in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a sales team to maximize business potential and reach sales targets in a defined geographical area/territory.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, targets, and budgets within national sales strategy, ensuring effective allocation of sales promotion resources.
  • Coach and develop direct reports in sales team, fostering a collaborative and cross-functional team spirit.
  • Collect and report data on customers, sales field activities, competitor activities, and healthcare environment developments.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in medical sales, with a minimum of 2 years as a line manager.
  • University degree in Science, Healthcare, or a related field, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A driving license and willingness to travel within Western Cape and Port Elizabeth.
