Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Objective Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the revenue and cost elements of the Africa Division with regards to sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer liaison, sales and marketing, business development.
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives, organize and manage events and services.
  • Managing and developing the client database.
  • Training and development of the Africa Division sales team.
  • Give support to customers on current product range and assist in resolving operational issues they might experience.
  • Ability to develop strategies for the successful introduction and growth of products and services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years' experience managing the revenue and cost elements of a Division with regards to sales and marketing.
  • Experience selling products to mining, power generation and manufacturing into Africa region.
  • Knowledge of products in the welding industry.
  • Travel required.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive training program and opportunities for career advancement.
