Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and compile tenders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate the sales team's activities, provide guidance, and ensure that sales quotas are met.
  • Train new sales staff, assign tasks, and monitor the team's sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to reach new customers and maintain existing ones.
Requirements
  • 10 years of sales experience within the relevant industry, including mining, power generation, and manufacturing.
  • A proven track record of success in a leadership role, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of engineering drawings.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to travel regularly and call on clients in the Mpumalanga area.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a benefits package that includes medical aid, retirement fund contributions, and annual leave.
