Junior Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Financial Administrator to join our team at Recruitment Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with general financial administration and duties, including debtors, creditors, cashbook, and journals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capturing bank statements for various entities
- Reconciliation of petrol and credit cards
- Preparing customer invoices and supplier invoices
- Assisting with VAT registration
- Processing credit notes and journals
- General financial administration
Requirements:
- Matric with relevant experience and/or qualification
- Ability to work Monday to Friday on-site at the office
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbally
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in an Accounts position
- Team Player who enjoys responsibility
- Proficiency in MS Office - strong Excel
