Debtors Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Debtors Administrator to join our team at Allmed Healthcare Professionals in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in finance or accounts administration and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
The estimated salary for this position is R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
About the RoleThis role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments from clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Updating and maintaining debtors' reconciliation statements
- Customizing and balancing consolidated invoices for specific clients
- Assisting with obtaining timesheets from institutions and verifying their accuracy
- Creating document packs for team delivery to institutions and clients
- Liaising with relevant parties to ensure all documents and timesheets are received and processed
In addition to these duties, the Debtors Administrator will also be responsible for providing regular updates to management on outstanding invoices, presenting monthly age analysis reports, and managing client correspondence regarding payment queries.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in finance or accounts administration
- A formal administrative qualification (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
