**Job Description**

We are seeking a Regional Toy Sales Specialist to join our team in Sub-Saharan Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and promoting our portfolio of toy brands, including LEGO, across the region.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, and closing deals with customers (wholesalers, retailers, and other partners).
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence to stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences across Sub-Saharan Africa.

**Qualifications:**

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the toy, retail, or distribution industries.
  • Regional Expertise: Proven ability to sell in Sub-Saharan Africa, with knowledge of the regional market, business culture, and customer behavior.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
