Sales and Business Development Manager

**Job Overview**
HuntWave Technologies is seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Sub-Saharan Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and promoting our portfolio of toy brands, including LEGO, across the region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Sales Generation: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships, and close deals with customers (wholesalers, retailers, and other partners) to drive sales growth.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
- Market Expansion: Identify new markets and customers in Sub-Saharan Africa, expanding our presence and customer base across the region.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our toy offerings (including LEGO) to effectively present products, features, and benefits to potential customers.
- Negotiations & Contracts: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract details with clients to ensure profitable sales while maintaining good customer relations.
**Requirements:**
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the toy, retail, or distribution industries.
- Regional Expertise: Proven ability to sell in Sub-Saharan Africa, with knowledge of the regional market, business culture, and customer behavior.
- Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
