**Role Overview**:
As a Senior Insurance Advisor at Breeze Insurance, you’ll work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs and secure the best coverage options available. In this senior role, you will play a crucial part in driving client satisfaction through expert advice and personalised service, while also contributing to our growing success. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere. We will support your professional development, including assisting you in preparing for your Accredited Product Adviser (APA) exams, setting you up for long-term success in a senior role with us.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide expert advice on life and general insurance products, assisting clients in selecting the most suitable coverage for their needs.
- Compare insurance products across multiple providers, ensuring clients receive the most competitive offers, particularly in the life insurance market.
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships, providing a personalised and client-focused experience.
- Collaborate with the internal team to stay informed about industry trends, product changes, and compliance updates.
- Ensure compliance with the Central Bank of Ireland's regulations, upholding the highest ethical standards in all customer interactions.
- Actively pursue professional development, including preparing for and completing your APA exams (with full company support).
- Maintain an up-to-date Continuous Professional Development (CPD) record to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of **3 years' experience** working in a general insurance or life insurance brokerage, or both, with demonstrated success in client management and sales.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, particularly in the life, mortgage protection, and general insurance sectors.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and simplify complex insurance options for clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to sit for your APA exams and continue growing within the insurance industry.
- A commitment to maintaining an up-to-date CPD record in line with regulatory requirements.

- Salary: ZAR 20,000 per month.
- Bonus Structure:
- Sales Target Bonus: Earn up to ZAR 2,000 (10% of monthly salary) for meeting or exceeding sales targets, such as the number of policies sold or total premium value.
- Customer Satisfaction Bonus: Earn an additional 5% of monthly salary (ZAR 1,000) by achieving or surpassing client retention or satisfaction goals.
- Compliance Bonus: Earn up to ZAR 500 for adherence to internal compliance measures, including successful file audits, ethical sales practices, and process compliance.
- Completion of APA Exams Bonus: A one-time bonus of ZAR 10,000 upon successful completion of your APA exams.
