Job Title: Regional Sales Manager: Automotive

As a Regional Sales Manager: Automotive, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in a specific geographic region, driving sales growth and revenue expansion for our automotive clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement regional sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives.
  • Support and develop the Dealer Network, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
  • Evaluate and analyze dealership and individual performances, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Report on regional sales results and forecast quarterly and annual targets, budgets.
  • Develop and train new dealership staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze regional market trends, identifying new opportunities for growth and suggesting innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions, ensuring the region remains competitive and profitable.
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or business plans for new dealerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, Dealer Development, or similar senior sales role.
  • Matriculation or postgraduate business-related qualification advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license.
Skills:
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Understanding of Dealer operations.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance Dealer Network.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
