We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Insurance Customer Service Representatives in the US contact center.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive training program, we offer performance-based incentives and a friendly work environment.

About the Role

We are looking for candidates with 6-9 months of experience in a BPO contact center environment. Ideal candidates will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. The role also requires a clear and neutral accent, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to grow their career in a dynamic industry.

Requirements
  • Matric Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
  • Available to start immediately
  • Clear criminal and credit record

Australia insurance campaigns experience is preferred, but not required. If you have flexibility to work day shifts and night shifts as needed, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
