Customer Insights Manager

Empire Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Customer Insights Manager to lead our market research efforts and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can develop and implement insights-driven solutions to improve customer experience and behavior.

  • Design and execute research studies to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform business strategy and drive impactful change
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement insights-driven solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer intelligence and market research

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in market research, customer intelligence, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical software, such as R or Python
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or statistics
