Merseta Testing Administrator Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Merseta Testing Administrator at Prudent HR Solutions. The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate and facilitate all Merseta testing activities for students enrolled in our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing Coordination:
- Schedule Merseta assessments for students in accordance with program timelines and requirements.
- Liaise with Merseta testing centers to secure testing dates and locations.
- Ensure all necessary testing materials and resources are prepared and available for each assessment session.
- Facilitating Testing Sessions:
- Oversee the administration of Merseta tests, ensuring adherence to testing protocols and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to students prior to and during testing sessions.
- Address any technical issues or concerns that may arise during testing, working to resolve them promptly.
- Maintaining Testing Records:
- Maintain accurate records of student testing schedules, results, and certification status.
- Generate reports on student performance and progress as required.
- Ensure compliance with Merseta documentation and reporting requirements.
- Supporting Student Engagement:
- Serve as a point of contact for students regarding Merseta testing procedures and requirements.
- Offer assistance and guidance to students preparing for Merseta assessments, including study resources and exam preparation tips.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging environment for students throughout the testing process.
- Collaborating with Training Staff:
- Work closely with training instructors and coordinators to ensure alignment between training curriculum and Merseta testing objectives.
- Provide feedback and insights to training staff regarding student performance and areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field advantageous.
- Prior experience in administrative roles, particularly in education or training environments, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Merseta testing procedures and requirements is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite and database management systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $55,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
