Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Profile Personnel. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data in spreadsheets and word documents, assisting with the day-to-day management, administration, and event planning of our luxury boutique guest house, and supervising other staff. Additionally, they will be responsible for carrying out clerical duties, communicating professionally and concisely, answering phones, and preparing documents. They will also be required to create brochures, pamphlets, and online social media posts for marketing purposes, as well as managing stock, ordering supplies, and organizing maintenance to keep the guest house clean and safe.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Office Administrator or Events Host, a strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability, the ability to work under pressure, be energetic and self-starting, and have excellent communication skills. They will also require the ability to context switch, prioritize, and self-manage, maintain confidentiality, and have a detail-oriented and organized approach with the ability to meet tight project deadlines. They will also require knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel, and a willingness to travel. Additionally, they must be willing to work weekends and public holidays as per the operational requirements of the employer, and own transport and a driver's license is required.
