Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & Admin Personnel / Personal Assistant to support our company's HR functions while also managing administrative and PA duties. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, and office administration, while also assisting senior management with scheduling, communication, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. HR Duties
    Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring of top talent. Develop and implement effective employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure seamless integration. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to foster a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws, maintaining accurate records and contracts. Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and employee incentives to enhance overall employee satisfaction.
  2. Administration & Office Management
    Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a smooth workflow. Oversee document control, filing systems, and general office correspondence. Support financial administration, including invoices, petty cash, and procurement to maintain financial integrity. Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and company events coordination to ensure seamless logistics.
  3. Personal Assistant Duties
    Act as the first point of contact for senior management, providing exceptional customer service and support. Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules to ensure timely communication. Draft and prepare emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives, showcasing excellent written and verbal skills. Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality.
