Job Overview

Bosch RMS Automotive Group seeks an experienced HR & Admin Personnel / Personal Assistant to provide support in various areas, including recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, and office administration. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Duties
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from job postings to hiring.
- Develop and implement employee onboarding programs for new hires.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data, contracts, leave tracking, and performance appraisals.
- Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and employee incentives effectively.

2. Administration and Office Management
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure seamless workflow operations.
- Oversee document control, filing systems, and general office correspondence efficiently.
- Provide support in financial administration, including invoices, petty cash, and procurement.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and company events as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations in the workplace.

3. Personal Assistant Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior management executives.
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules accurately.
- Draft and prepare emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism at all times.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on key action points.
- Assist in project coordination and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, HR software, and office management tools.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
