Role Summary

This Junior HR Administrator role at Staff Solutions offers an exciting chance for someone to utilize their skills and experience in human resources and payroll to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role or payroll department, with a relevant certificate or diploma in Payroll. They should also possess strong mathematical skills, good time management abilities, and excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Human Resources Administration
  • Providing a range of clerical and general HR administration duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining both paper and electronic filing systems
  • Maintaining manual and electronic staff files, ensuring all relevant supporting documentation is up-to-date
  • Complying with HR calendar deadlines related to HR admin functions and updating SMP files as specified
