About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in automotive car sales at a franchise dealership, preferably with high-volume brands such as VW, Ford, Toyota, Chery, Haval, or Suzuki.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sell the maximum number of new cars.
- Achieve maximum first and second gross profits.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with the company's sales policy.
- Initiate, negotiate, and close deals.
- Adhere to all legal requirements in terms of CPA and necessary documentation.
- Network, promote, and ensure activities are in line with the focus on retailing new cars.
- Communicate with the Sales Manager for innovative concepts to improve sales and the customer base.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors and ensure increased market share and new vehicle sales and profitability.
- Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in automotive car sales at a franchise dealership.
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Experience within a high-volume brand.
- Three months' commission sheets/payslips.
- Self-driven and target-oriented individual.
- Leads management understanding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and deal-building skills.
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
- PC literate.
- Valid driver's license.
