Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the transport, logistics, and fleet industries.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of fleet management solutions.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure smooth implementation for clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare sales reports, proposals, and contracts to support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fleet management, telematics, vehicle tracking, or automotive solutions.
  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of fleet management systems, GPS tracking, and vehicle telematics is advantageous.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-Driven: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Driver's License: Valid license with willingness to travel for client visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network in transport/logistics, fleet management, or automotive sectors.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
