Job Title: Business Operations Administrator

iOCO Infrastructure Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Administrator to manage and improve the daily operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of business processes and handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams for problem resolution and maintain documentation.
  • Provide recommendations on improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • National Senior Certificate/ Matric/ N3
  • Qualifications preferred: Degree or Diploma in a related discipline, ITIL Foundation certification, and customer support soft skills.
