Hospitality Administrator Job Description

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Hospitality Administrator to provide administrative support for the smooth operation of their hospitality business. The successful candidate will handle guest inquiries, coordinate reservations, maintain documentation, and provide general administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service - Manage guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Reservations and Bookings - Coordinate and manage reservations and bookings
  • Guest Check-Ins and Check-Outs - Handle and process guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping - Maintain and update guest records and documentation
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail - Ensure accuracy in billing and invoicing
  • Inventory and Supplies Management - Assist in managing inventory and supplies

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification is essential
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Accounting background and experience are required
  • Own transport is essential
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy are required
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • A customer service-oriented mindset
