About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with excellent communication skills in German to support UK businesses with their travel requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the travel industry and be able to provide first-class customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and ensure seamless travel arrangements.
  • Offer quotations to clients without favoring one airline or supplier.
  • Process card payments from clients and follow up on quotations to ensure requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with Business Account Managers to maximize opportunities and work closely with Ticketing and Finance teams to ensure smooth reservations.
  • Understand key products, services, and unique selling points to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German language (written and spoken).
  • Travel experience is advantageous but not essential.

What We Offer:

An estimated salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
