Job Title: German Language Expert for Virtual Training

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced German language expert to join our team as a virtual trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting German language training sessions for individuals or groups, developing and implementing lesson plans and training materials, assessing the proficiency of learners, and providing feedback and support to help them improve their language skills.

About the Role

This is a full-time position located in Cape Town. As a German language expert, you will work closely with other trainers and language experts to continuously improve training programs and ensure they meet the highest standards.

Requirements
  • You must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • A bachelor's degree in education, linguistics, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a language trainer or similar role is essential.
  • You should have strong knowledge of German language and culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • You must be able to create engaging and effective training materials.
  • Experience with virtual training platforms and tools is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct German language training sessions for individuals or groups.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans and training materials.
  • Assess the proficiency of learners and adapt training as needed.
  • Provide feedback and support to learners to help them improve their language skills.
  • Stay current on language teaching methodologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and language experts to continuously improve training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions and learner progress.
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between R250,000 and R350,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
