Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business growth and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify training needs and develop employee development programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A B. Degree in Human Capital, HR, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Personnel/HR Officer, including handling unions, retrenchments, and disciplinary matters up to CCMA level.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels.
  • Proactive, results-driven, organized, with a strong attention to detail.
  • A willingness to travel by air and own car (approximately 10-12 nights per annum).
  • A high level of ownership, confidentiality, and commitment to people and business.
  • A genuine interest in developing your knowledge of Labour Law and pursuing further education opportunities.
