Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Level-Up. In this role, you will play a key part in providing expert HR support across various departments, ensuring employee engagement and driving business success.
Responsibilities:- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job postings to candidate selection.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and optimize workforce planning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring excellent employee satisfaction.
- Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Support managers in handling performance issues and develop coaching plans.
- Identify training needs and create comprehensive development programs.
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Oversee safety program implementation to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date.
- Process employee changes, promotions, and terminations, including updates to HRIS.
- Administer payroll data and other HR-related documentation.
- Ensure HR practices and policies align with local labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Stay informed about labor law changes and adapt policies accordingly.
- Drive initiatives to boost employee engagement, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through open communication and teamwork.
- Analyze employee feedback surveys and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with safety officers to maintain a safe working environment.
- Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent future issues.
- Prepare and present HR reports and metrics on staffing, turnover, and training.
- Track key HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist in an FMCG, logistics, or warehousing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
