Customer Service Delivery Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly driven Customer Service Delivery Support Specialist to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need you most.
As a SDS Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers by answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You will use a variety of tools to navigate and review solutions in real-time, facilitate the flow of information between delivery stakeholders, and communicate effectively with our customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in German, proficient computer skills, and the ability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday operating within 24 hours. Previous experience in an inbound Customer Service associate role, preferably in a BPO or contact center supporting phone calls, is highly desirable.

You can expect to earn approximately R 117.35 per hour as a starting salary, consisting of a base pay of R 67.35 and a language allowance of R 50.00 per hour.
The job type is a 9-month contract, and the location is South Africa. The workplace is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space. A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office area, desk, and chair is required.
