**Job Specification**

Responsible for Relationship Management with our key agricultural customers on a regional basis. Maintains contact with representative of key accounts, negotiating prices, national promotions and/or services. Ensures that the customers are served according to the Company's practices and standards.

**Minimum Requirements**
- BSc (Agricultural Economics)
- 4 years experience in the agri-business industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent sales management aptitude including negotiations

**Key performance indicators**

**Growth**
- Develop and implement strategies to build strong business relationships with existing and new customers
- Initiate Agri solutions for customers leading to increased Agri sales in line with Sales target within the River system

**Optimisation**
- Promote and sell our company’s product offering and other related services to customers
- Provide Agri solutions to customers

**Leveraging Culture & Diversity**
- Ensure customers receive excellent customer service and support
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends and competitor activities

**Digital Transformation**
- Identify and collect data from internal & external sources to support customer relation management
- Using data for B2B interaction leading to business growth
