Fleet and Administration Manager

**Introduction**
A leading Transport, Logistics and Supply chain company based in Paarl, wants to appoint a Logistics administrator/fleet co-ordinator who will be responsible for planning and managing timeous deliveries to end user destinations.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Client liaison and route planning
- Tracking and on-route monitoring
- Monitoring route progress and delivery schedule
- Managing loading & offloading, driver briefing and monitoring
- Managing the utilization of vehicles, planning of loads, routes and fuel consumption (pre-planning and post-performance analysis)
- Ensuring compliance of statutory and legal requirements, vehicle maintenance and licencing
- Accident/incident investigation and monitoring
- Breakdown monitoring and managing potential risks
- Administrative duties
- Ad hoc duties as and when required
**Desired Experience and qualifications**
- Tertiary education in logistics and supply chain management
- Previous working experience in a similar roll/position essential
- Passion for Logistics and Transport
- Strong administrative/organizational skills with attention to detail
- Motivated, self-driven and able to work under pressure without supervision
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
**Salary**: R30 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month

- Diploma (required)
