One of the leading Fertilizer and Horticulture manufacturing group in the UAE is looking for a International Business Head to handle the sales in the South Africa Market.
1. Responsible for overseeing business operations, within given geographical area, aligned with local government rules & regulations and business ethics.
**2. Good Knowledge of Fertilizer/Agriculture Fertilizer**
3. Responsible for business Strategic planning, execution and operational management to ensure the company’s goals are aligned by abiding local government’s rules & regulations.
4. Identifying and acquiring new customers and Up-selling to the existing customer base.
5. Building strong relationship with all business accounts
6. Ensuring accurate business revenue forecasting and accounts planning.
7. Preparing Monthly, Quarterly and annual revenue and collection forecast
8. Responsible for achieving business revenue and collection targets as agreed with management.
9. Responsible for securing & collecting company’s payments from customers as per agreed company terms and to be informed to company accounts
- UAE, at regular basis.
10. Responsible to have good relationship with company's business-related government agencies and to manage all business-related issues.
11. Responsible for maintaining customer wise Sales, collection and budget plan data, with the help of the company's accounts-UAE.
12. Responsible for collecting market and competitors’ activity information, introduction of new products/innovative products and finding new business revenues.
13. Ensure to handle a fair, professional business transaction between UAE office and Customers.
14. Ensure to maintain the multinational brand Image of the company in the international market and to deliver professional services to our customers.
15. Responsible to report daily business activities to the assigned authorities.
**Qualifications**:
- Must be from Science/ Agriculture background
- Minimum 5 to 10+ Years of experience preferably within the agriculture or fertilizer industry.
- Strong understanding of fertilizers
- Should be good in sales and marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and negotiation and Leadership skills.
- Familiarity with geographical areas and local market
Pay: R90 000,00 - R130 000,00 per month
