Chartall Business College is an online, accredited training provider. We are searching for a Faculty Head
- Financial Services that will be responsible for the overall management, direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of allocated skills development projects on the Occupational Qualifications Sub-Framework (OQSF) including “Legacy” programmes. Quality assurance and development of Higher Education programmes is a key metric. Ongoing teaching and learning responsibilities. Ensuring consistency with company processes, strategy, commitments and goals.

Inherent requirements: Appropriate financial services qualification at Master’s degree level. Lower level may be considered if applicant has extensive, proven senior management experience in a similar role with an Honours degree/PGD.

A post-graduate qualification in education is a distinct advantage.

Conduct Outcomes
- Based Assessment (115753) and Moderation (115759) essential.

Valid assessor and moderator scope with relevant SETA essential.

Preferred requirements and skills:

- 3 - 5 years, senior management experience with multiple task responsibilities - including budgeting, people management, customer service, planning, organising and controlling.
- Working knowledge of skills development, learnerships, reporting requirements, and education legislation and policy;
- Programme development and teaching and learning in area of expertise;
- Experience in distance and online learning and the use of Moodle LMS or similar;
- Relevant, up to date workplace experience in the financial services sector;
- Project management
- Computer literate - MS Office.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
- Controlling functional area budgets with the functional heads, ensuring plans are achieved on time and at desired level of quality
- Ensuring staff are on track and skilled to perform the jobs they are required to do;
- Programme development and quality assurance in HE and Occupations;
- Teaching and learning responsibilities including teaching, assessment, lecturing and materials development.
- Ongoing administration related to teaching and learning activities.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R40,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month
