We require the services of an office administrator / receptionist:
**Responsibilities**
- Appointment booking
- Assistance in Marketing and sales administration
- General office administration
- Accurate record keeping of various information resources.
- Custody and maintenance of the CRM system including ensuring that the system has up to date information
- Knowledge base management relating to all company services.
- Welcome clients arriving for consultations and enquiries.
- Monitor and determine future consumable quantities for office supplies and place orders within company policy constraints.
- Handle ad-hoc office administrative tasks as required.

**Compulsory Requirements**
- Experience in a similar role
- Matric with good performance in English
- Excellent command of the English language
- Self starter who is able to learn multiple activities
- Ability to handle workload well
- Proficient ability with Microsoft Office and using internet based technologies
- Proficient ability to perform internet research
- Detail orientated and time management skills.
- Must have time management and organizational skills.

**Advantageous Skills and Qualifications**
- Degree / diploma in Office Administration or equivalent.
- Matric with Mathematics
