HR Officer, Executive Pa, and Systems Administrator

Introduction
Our client, a leading safety equipment manufacturer based in North Riding is looking for an HR Officer, Executive PA, and Systems Administrator.
The company is global leader in controlled environments and safety technologies for the underground mining, tunnelling, chemical processing, disaster relief and biotechnology industries. Specializing in the manufacture and supply of emergency refuge chambers, safe havens, disaster shelters and plant grow chambers, as well as a range of newly designed electronic equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Recruitment:
- Post job adverts.
- Interviewing.
- Reference checking.
Performance Management:
- Performance review document preparation.
Onboarding:
- Provide new employee inductions.
Offboarding:
- Conduct exit interviews.
Workers compensation:
- Manage workers comp claims.
- Return to work programs.
Administration:
Contracts:
- Review contracts.
- Negotiating changes.
Quality Management:
- Act as the quality management representative.
- Conduct internal audits.
IT Management:
- Liaise with Royal IT and Mibot on system performance, security issues, and general upkeep of IT systems.
Leadership:
- Implement and manage the HR / IT Business plan, ensure all strategies are achieved.
- The role can be broken down in to 3 main aspects, these being Human Resources (HR), Executive Assistant (EA) and Systems Administration. HR is self-explanatory. The EA role will be a supporting role to the General Manager, and then lastly the Systems Administration will be mostly the managing and implementation of procedure, policies and service providers.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- HR Qualification.
- 3 Years full-function HR Generalist experience.
- Strong administration skills.
- Previous experience in a management role is an advantage.
- Exposure to contracts, SLA, or vendor agreements, an advantage.
**Salary**: R350,000.00 - R500,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North Riding, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- HR Generalist: 3 years (preferred)
