**Summarized Accountability**:
Compiles and records production data. Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and his team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for stock that has been ordered and received.

Capture, consolidate, and share end-of-shift performance reports, including production figures and hourly outputs.

Compile and reconcile production, maintenance and waste reports.

**Inventory and Procurement**:
Liaise with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering and receipt of required stock and supplies.

Track incoming stock orders and update relevant systems.

Capture and manage waste and batch records, and monitor stock expiry dates.

**Administrative Support**:
Place orders for stationary and other office supplies.

Maintain and update spec sheets and order records.

Implement and maintain a reliable filing system for the Manufacturing Division.

Facilitate site visits and audits, ensuring all relevant requirements are prepared and available.

**General Administration**:
Type correspondence and reports as requested by the Plant Manager within reasonable timeframes.

Maintain a positive and adaptable attitude towards additional tasks and responsibilities as reasonably requested.

**Experience & Education**
- Grade 12
- Administration experience
- Advanced / Intermediate Excel proficiency.

Pay: R25,00 - R27,58 per hour
