Responsibilities:

- Manage the company's website.
- Do advertisement such as on TV, road signage, social media, brochure etc. to introduce the company and solar technology and products.
- Training reps and internal sales.
- Dispatch projects to reps.
- Work with the installation manager to complete and confirm and sign off the quotations.
- Give financial proposal to customers.
- Expand the company's sales network by identifying, pitching and building relationships with potential partners and/or customers through cold-calling, networking, attending Tradeshows, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
- Deepens and expand relationship and business with existing partners/customers.
- Integrate information, resources, and activities within the region, participates in the formulation of the sales contract negotiation and contract information.
- Develops specific customer strategies and campaign plans, driving leadership in their execution.
- Is accountable for Implementing and executing the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategy.
- Provides regular reporting to sales management, including sales pipeline development, forecasting, key accounts status, market conditions updates, sales results and team earnings.
- Efficiently and pro-actively manages relationships providing quotations, shepherding orders through the company process and providing excellent post-sales service on a timely basis.
- Provide support to the sales team through duties that may include order processing/entry, price quotations, information input and management, database management RFP response, product training or other related tasks.
- Manages daily activities of the operational support function.
- Oversees workflow of all sales processing including preparations of reports, charts, and other statistics to support and direct the sales department.
- Responsible for customer support during entire sales cycle.
- Initiates and tracks orders to completion.
- Assist with budget management to ensure expenses meet target goals.
- May handle and resolve more complex customer requests or complaints.
- Develops and implements promotional events and interacts with external contracts to increase sales volume.
- Travel as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- More than three years of experience in he field, experience and familiarity with the solar energy market preferred.
- Valid driver's lisence and willing to travel.
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs.
- Strong coordination and influencing skills.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a project and sales driven environment.
- Demonstrated record of success, with consistent increase in responsibility and duties.
- Self-starter with ability to multitask.
- Excellent and efficient communicator at all levels.
- Demonstrate intercultural skills.
- Organization and detail orientated.
- Know about the solar development history in SA and the current situation and market and the future trends or what to come.
- Strong leadership and management.
