**Job Overview**:
A Market leader in the Print on Demand industry is seeking a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Wynberg, Johannesburg. As a key player in our organization, you will lead and motivate a team of corporate sales consultants, analyze sales-related data, and contribute to our sales strategy. This role reports directly to the Sales Director and is instrumental in achieving our sales targets and strengthening customer relationships. But not limited to.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Team Leadership**:a. Lead, motivate, and guide a team of corporate sales consultants.
b. Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing support and training.
**2. Performance Analysis**:a. Analyze sales-related data to evaluate team performance and make informed decisions.
b. Implement strategies to enhance sales and meet targets.
**3. Sales Strategy and Training**:a. Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
b. Provide sales training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
**4. Client Engagement**:a. Foster client relationships and contribute to sales efforts.
b. Leverage your sales expertise to communicate product/service offerings effectively.
**5. Planning and Forecasting**:a. Develop and execute sales plans while forecasting achievable targets.
b. Contribute to the overall sales strategy and goal setting.
**6. Market Insight**:
- Identify opportunities and segment markets to tailor sales approaches.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret and utilize sales data.
- Proven experience in team management and motivation.
- In-depth understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Ability to train and develop sales teams.
- Proficiency in performance measurement using sales-related metrics.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing sales roles.
- Excellent planning, forecasting, and goal-setting skills.
- Formal educational qualifications in a related field.
- A keen ability to identify sales opportunities and segment markets.
**Skills and Qualifications**:

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R350,000.00 per month
