Our client is looking for a confident and ambitious individual to join their dynamic team to take up a role of Administration Coordinator. Duties and responsibilities would include undertaking secretarial tasks to ensure a high level of administrative support is provided to the management team. This role would suit an individual that has excellent organisational skills with a strong focus on ensuring that effective systems are in place and maintained. Must be a team player and willing to work in busy, deadline driven environment. Commencement date being 01st December 2023.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Administration or a qualification relevant to this role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous relevant experience
- Note : may be required to work after hours and weekends seasonally
