Job Overview:
At MYMB Trading, we are looking for a dedicated and efficient Administrative and Personal Assistant who will provide comprehensive administrative support to our director and assist with the management of daily business operations. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, personal assistance skills, and experience in the educational sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Handle daily administrative tasks including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- **Project Assistance**: Support the coordination and management of educational projects across multiple schools, ensuring all project documentation is up-to-date and effectively organized.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing and planning workshops, meetings, and other company events.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare, review, and edit documents, presentations, and proposals to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- **Personal Assistance**: Manage personal scheduling and errands for the director to ensure efficient use of time.
- **Educational Support**: Utilize knowledge of the education sector to assist in developing training materials and educational content for workshops and other learning initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or relevant field.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role within an educational environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Knowledge of educational systems and training methodologies.
- **Personal Attributes**: Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Pay: R9 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (required)
