Receptionist/administrator

1. Minute taking in meetings
2. Data capturing
3. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
4. Maintain employee records, leave records and related
5. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
6. Administer the attendance register
7. Receive and make phone calls on behalf of the company
9. Establish and or keep a filing system
10. Office administration
11. Petty Cash administration
12. Order stationery and manage such
13. Order office refreshments, cleaning materials and equipment and manage such
14. Ensure availability of all electronic communication systems and report defects to relevant parties
15. Ensure company accounts and debtors are paid
16. Creating of PURCHASE orders and invoices
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 18 months
**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R6,500.00 per month
