**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Filing of all invoices.
- Manage the invoicing process on a monthly basis, including determining when to invoice for adhoc work outside of retainer hours.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue client accounts.
- Debtor and creditor management, including management and reconciliation of bank accounts and debit orders runs.
- Payroll management and employee onboarding.
- Manage vendor relationships, including purchasing supplies and equipment for the office.
- Oversee office management duties such as managing office supplies, maintaining the office environment, and coordinating office maintenance and renovations.
- Assist with other ad hoc tasks as required.

**Competencies**
- Knowledge and experience in debtors and creditors management, office management, business operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of financial management, bookkeeping, and accounting software
- Comfortable with technology and experience working with accounting software and other business tools.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a can-do attitude.
- A three-year qualification in business administration, finance, or a related field is required.
