**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer 1st line support to customers - creating and managing tickets
- Assist with and coordinating IT support.
- Provide general admin support.
- Daily and monthly reporting.
- Support business systems.
- Create new users on the system.
- Comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 (QMS).

**Requirements include**:

- Diploma in IT or Office Administration.
- At least 3 years’ experience in IT or Office Administration.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Good IT skills and knowledge.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, OneNote, and Office.
- Office 365 certified - preferred.
- Must have serviced a minimum of 100 computer users.
- Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of computer fundamentals.
- Ability to handle an influx of phone calls.

**Salary**: R17,000.00 - R18,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Office 365 (preferred)
