Administrator - Back Office Transaction Processing

**Job Advert Summary**:
The position of Administrator - Back Office Transaction Processing involves the end to end process from trade capture and setup to validation NAV difference of a fund for all managers where Maitland/Apex is not the primary administrator.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- A B.Com or similar tertiary qualification;
- A good understanding of Financial Markets, instruments and systems;
- A good understanding of Asset Management front-office trading processes;
- A good understanding of Asset Management back office administration processes;
- An aptitude for working with systems;
- An above average IT technical back-ground with Knowledge of MS office & IT packages (particularly Excel).
Min 6-12months work experience in a similar role
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- To meet or exceed all client SLA requirements;
- Ensure all trade files receive from Managers are successfully loaded in the Maitland systems and are valued correctly;
- Complete and clear systems recons and controls and correction/repair processes between the managers and Invest One;
- Record statistics regarding recon exposures for risk management and penalties imposed by the managers.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Software programming skills are an added benefit;
- Good Business Analysis experience is required;
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) are required;
- Able to work within a team environment;
- Confident and enthusiastic.
