**Job Purpose**
- Build and manage the Nedbank CIB Markets Division sales function responsible for structuring and selling Markets’ solutions to clients based in Africa (excluding South Africa).**Responsibilities**:

- Drive revenue growth for the Market’s division from clients based in Africa (excluding South Africa).
- Identify opportunities to design and sell Markets’ solutions to relevant clients.
- Lead the pricing, structuring and execution of structured funding, vanilla and bespoke derivatives solutions across FX, Rates, Commodities and Equities asset classes.
- Actively engage internal stakeholders including onboarding, credit, legal and trade fulfilment teams are aligned and supporting Markets’ growth ambitions.
- Collaborate with the rest of Nedbank’s CIB and Africa Regions divisions to identify cross-sell opportunities with clients and implementing transactions as a result of collaborative effort.
- Uphold Nedbank's integrity by delivering client solutions honestly, with due skill, care, and diligence, maintaining a risk centric paradigm and keeping abreast of all relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements with regards to transactions, proposals, documentation, structures, and models by complying with and being aware of internal compliance standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Essential Qualification- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree- Preferred Qualifications- Relevant Honours Degree, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), FRM, Chartered Accountant (SA) CA(SA)- Preferred Certifications- Applicable market and regulatory qualifications- Minimum Experience Level- 7 to 10 years financial markets experience and primary responsibility for sales coverage of relevant clients in Africa ex SA- Type of Exposure- Building and maintaining effective client relationships
