**Responsibilities**:

- Opening Client Investment Accounts:

- Assist in the setup of new client investment accounts in South Africa and Switzerland.
- Knowledge of FICA requirements for South African accounts and the Know Your Client (KYC) process for offshore accounts is advantageous.
- Reconciliation and Reporting:

- Reconcile holdings transferred to newly opened accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for clients, including fund performance checks and liquidity checks.
- Ensure availability of liquid funds in client accounts for settlement of management and administration fees.
- Tax Reporting and Maintenance:

- Provide tax reporting to clients.
- Maintain the local reporting system.
- Conduct periodic liquidity checks for fee and income payments.
- Client and Third-Party Interaction:

- Act as a liaison between clients and custodians to resolve queries.
- Deal with third parties when issues arise.
- Payment Facilitation:

- Facilitate payment instructions for clients.
- Ad Hoc Administration:

- Handle various administrative tasks as they arise, such as assisting clients with questions, password resets, and ad hoc queries.
- Client Interaction:

- Interact directly with clients, ensuring excellent communication and addressing their needs effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the finance or banking sector.
- Strong grasp of numbers and proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
