Front Office Manager

New Aparthotel Located in the Stellenbosch Central is seeking to employ a Front Office Manager with at least 5 years experience in a Front office management role.
Strong PMS Knowledge and operating systems knowledge is crucial.
Valid Drivers Licence and Own transport.
Ability to work shifts when required.
Staff Management and Training.
Hotel Operation of the Front Office department, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
Manage all aspects of the guest journey / experience are delivered at the highest level ensuring company standards are adhered to.
Lead and collaborate with all department to maximize guest satisfaction and exceeding expectations and responsive problem resolution.
