Matric. Hospitality qualification ideal. Previous Duty Management experience. At least 3 years working experience.Excellent communication skills. Opera knowledge an advantage. Good knowledge of Hotel / Lodge Operations. Own car and drivers licence essential. MS Office experience. Strong F & B and banqueting knowledge. Strong guest interaction skills.
