**Purpose of the role**:
You will be responsible for the coordination of our Skills Development Programs, promoting our learning culture within CareerBox by increasing the level of relevant skills and knowledge through the provision of a range of activities.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a confident communicator with excellent relationship building skills, capable of establishing strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, while supporting new contract mobilisations and projects across the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Working with other staff members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within SLA
- Reviewing compliance documents to ensure accuracy and validity
- Working with management to develop new ideas for improving operations, then implementing the changes with support from other staff members
- Coordinating activities with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that the necessary resources are available
- Support with the managing of employee performance by giving feedback and providing guidance as needed
- Managing projects by tracking budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure that they meet quality standards and are on track to be completed successfully
- Coordinating with leadership to plan any department MDR’s and QBR’s
- Higher Certificate in Business Administration - Degree will be advantageous
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to handle complex and confidential data
- Strong capability with Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel and Teams
- Knowledge of SETA’s and Governing Bodies in the Education sector
